About Us
A culture that cares.
For over 40 years, Lympha Press has been the global leader in pneumatic compression therapy.
Our Story
The story of Lympha Press in the United States is rich with history and long-held relationships. A shared vision to make life better for people with lymphedema, venous disease, and lipedema culminated in the acquisition of Lympha Press’ largest US dealer in 2021, Medical Solutions Supplier (MSS).
MSS is an award-winning durable medical equipment company and flagship member of the Lympha Press Associate Network. Founded nearly 30 years ago, MSS’ track record of success in providing optimal service to patients and healthcare providers set a standard of excellence in the regions it served.
Today, Lympha Press operations are based in Chadds Ford, PA. Our primarily remote workforce is comprised of team members located throughout the country.
The vast research, development, and innovation poured into the Lympha Press product line combined with a seasoned team of sales, service, and authorization experts positions Lympha Press to make more lives better than ever before.
Joe Carberry
Chief Executive Officer
Communication. Care. Quality.
These pillars help us fulfill our mission: “Because Life Can Be Better.”
Communication
We believe that good communication is the foundation for excellent relationships. Before, during, and even after providing Lympha Press to patients, we keep everyone informed. One of our favorite ways to fulfill this promise? Going back to a doctor or therapist with success stories of lives made better through Lympha Press therapy.
Care
We love our patients and treat them with the same care as we would our own family members. Because of this culture of care, the medical professionals we work with are happy to entrust their patients to us.
Quality
For over 40 years, Lympha Press has produced the most well-regarded dynamic compression therapy systems and helped patients all over the world with lymphedema, venous insufficiency, and lipedema manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
Our Core Values
The Lympha Press “SCRIP” Core Values are central to our award-winning workplace culture, and are comprised of five guideposts:
Our open-door policy welcomes the free flow of ideas. Team members are encouraged to not only identify issues but also to suggest solutions. Rather than finger-pointing, we value critical thinking that evaluates processes, not people. We are a team: if we don’t have an answer, we seek help. Offering solutions, whether for our clients or the person in the adjacent cubicle (or Zoom meeting), trips our joy circuits.
We believe kindness is wrapped up in gratitude. Along with treating others with respect and dignity, we believe in expressing appreciation to our patients, referral sources and each other. Simply put, we are fans of the Golden Rule, and our team has permission to “Go ahead – make someone’s day!”
Our workplace is an invigorating environment where team members are encouraged to challenge themselves and aspire to grow, to realize their power and be visionary in their approach to work. We know firsthand the value of dreaming big; because of it, we’re helping more people than ever before. When people have shared values and believe in offering quality and excellence to everyone they meet, the possibilities are endless. As we like to say: “Ceiling? What ceiling?”
The dictionary states that, when you are inspired, you are mentally stimulated to do or feel something. Above all, an inspired person often feels compelled to be different and do better than they currently are. When working closely together as a team, it is inevitable that we affect each other. At Lympha Press, we applaud those that use their influence for good, who make us excited about doing more and better work (and being better people). One of the ways Lympha Press lives this core value is to share testimonies of success. Good news inspires us to help even more people, which is our primary goal. And when patients see others like them living a better quality of life because of Lympha Press? That’s inspiring!
Our Company was founded with a commitment to “always do the right thing,” and this core value impacts every aspect of our business. Whether you are a patient searching for help with a chronic condition or a health care professional seeking solutions to address patient challenges, you can be assured that each representative will provide assistance with integrity, professionalism, and respect. We encourage our team to practice fairness, to put others first, to work hard, and to not cut corners. Employees are empowered to exercise their integrity – and to expect more from themselves than they do of others. At the heart of doing the right thing, always, is to “Put People First.”

Meet Our Executive Team
Our executive team leads the organization with depth and diversity of experience combined with a shared vision to make life better.
Prior to his current role as CEO of Lympha Press, Joe Carberry served as the Executive Team Leader for Medical Solutions Supplier. Trademarks of Joe’s leadership style are transparency and candor. “Trust is the underpinning of our culture at Lympha Press,” he says. “We’ve created an environment that fosters creativity and welcomes new ideas, which is a key to our continued growth and success.”
Those who work on Joe's team often cite his positive outlook, inspiring leadership style, and willingness to consider “out-of-the-box” solutions to challenges. Not a fan of micromanagement, he believes in empowering his teammates to fulfill their professional and personal potential.
An impressive list of awards has followed. In 2012, Joe was the Main Line Chamber of Commerce’s “Emerging Leader of the Year.” In both 2019 and 2020, he received a Great Place to Work® For All™ Leadership Award - one of only fifty global leaders to make this prestigious list. In between? Eight consecutive "Top Workplaces" distinctions by the Philadelphia Inquirer, a Philadelphia Business Journal "Best Places to Work" award, and rankings on FORTUNE Magazine’s Best Small Workplaces in America and Best Workplaces in Healthcare and BioPharma.
Known for singing in his office, making recommendations for the next great documentary to watch, or bursting into laughter, Joe’s greatest joys are wrapped up in family. Olivia, Grayson, and wife, Jennifer, are his true treasures – and the reasons for the perpetual smile you see on his face.
Eric Ansart has served the lymphedema community for nearly fifteen years. He began as a compression therapy consultant for Medical Solutions Supplier, a Delaware Valley medical device company. This is where his passion to help those with lymphatic disorders and raise awareness to these conditions was born. “When this chapter of my career started, lymphedema was often misdiagnosed or overlooked,” noted Eric. “To see the tremendous strides made in research along with helping patients effectively manage their condition is extremely gratifying work.”
Building effective teams, encouraging individuals to fulfill their potential, and removing obstacles that keep them from accomplishing their goals are trademarks of Eric’s professional career. He holds an MS in Organizational Leadership and enjoys a wide network of contacts based on his varied professional and personal interests. A previous Lymphedema Education and Research Network (LE&RN) Impact Award winner, Eric also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Lymphedema Network (NLN) and Foundation for Venous and Lymphatic Disease (FVLD).
An avid bike enthusiast and recreational diver and surfer, his Northern Florida location is perfect to explore these pursuits. “The outdoors refresh me,” adds Eric. “Being awed by the vastness of the world around me puts both the challenges and successes of life in perspective.” He’s also known for his baking skills (just ask him about his homemade scones!) and overall sense of adventure. What he would view as most important, however, are his roles as husband and father to two children – his favorite companions for every adventure.
Because of her vast experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Deborah Lalli was recruited to join the Medical Solutions Supplier team in 2006. “What impressed me most was how the Company’s core values provide a foundation for decision-making.” More than just a marketing tag line, she says “We truly are about making lives better.”
Debbi’s role in the Lympha Press Executive Team is critical, ensuring that operations maintain the highest standards. Her ability to coach others to fulfill their potential is evident in the many team members who now serve in leadership positions in the Company. Known for her attention to detail and to “doing the right thing always” makes it a pleasure for our physicians, patients, and payers to do business with Lympha Press.
Married to husband Tony for over 20 years, Debbi is a devoted mom to sons Tony and Dominick. Spending time with her family, weekend trips to the mountains, and supporting her favorite charities, the Easter Seals and Variety Club, are her favorite pastimes.
A resident of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Debbi is one of the most tenured members of the Lympha Press Executive Team, bringing a wealth of institutional knowledge to the organization. “It has been gratifying to see our company grow through the years, and in the process, help more people. The many stories of positive patient outcomes from using Lympha Press keep us all motivated. This is fulfilling work!”
Elijah Ansart’s career with Lympha Press began with Medical Solutions Supplier in January of 2010 after the original hire for the Philadelphia market fell through. This was an unexpected turn of events as he and his wife, Kate, planned to move south. In fact, he had interviewed with companies in Florida for several weeks; however, the opportunity compelled him to stay put in the Northeast for a while longer.
It did not take long to realize that he’d made a fantastic decision. The support and camaraderie he experienced was what every employee hopes to find in a company. Success quickly followed. The Philadelphia market grew. Clients were added and connections were made, many of which exist to this day - but change was coming. In 2012 an opportunity opened in Florida, and this time Elijah could take his experience with him. He relocated with Kate and two children to become the Compression Therapy Consultant for the North Florida/South Georgia region. Over the course of his eight years working that territory, it grew to one of the Company’s top five in the country. The offer to join the Company’s Leadership Team was extended in 2019. He currently serves as Vice-President of Sales.
Elijah enjoys many hobbies, including surfing, reading, writing, hiking, and gardening. His greatest joy comes from his wife, Kate, son Gabriel, and daughter Farrah. Their love, support, and encouragement are what fuel him.
As a manager, he strives to draw out the best in his team and win! He knows that Lympha Press’ best days are ahead, and that there are endless opportunities to grow as individuals and teammates. To quote him: “It’s great to make a living helping others and Lympha Press is committed to helping its employees, clients, and most of all, its patients.”
Todd Mollitt, PHR, SHRM-CP, brings a combination of over 20 years of Human Resources and leadership experience in health care, medical device, and sports management industries. He serves as an integral part of the People and Mindset team as well as the executive team. Todd oversees all aspects of Human Resources management functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and championing strategic people projects.
“My career in Human Resources has crossed multiple industries including medical devices, college sports marketing, and most recently hospitals and health systems," says Todd. "I have an amazing wife, Rachelle, and two awesome kids, Mia and Ethan. We also have two rescued pups, Lilly and Rocky, who keep us all entertained. When I’m not working or running a shuttle service for dance, soccer, or scouts, I enjoy fishing, golfing, watching my Gators and Jaguars play, and just about anything outdoors near water.”
Prior to joining Lympha Press, Todd served as the interim chief human resources officer and vice president of Human Resources for Baptist Health, located in Jacksonville, Florida. During his tenure there, he directed several aspects of HR functions for more than 12,000 team members, including over 500 employed providers across five hospitals, four freestanding emergency departments, and more than 150 clinics.
Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Education from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana State University, and he is a Certified Professional in Human Resource Management.
Gary Welsh has put his Accounting and Finance degree to good use. He was the CFO and COO of one of the largest residential alarm companies in the United States. One might think there are no parallels between an alarm company and Lympha Press, but Gary notes that both “have a profound effect in saving and enriching lives.”
His favorite quotes? There are three:
- “The very best way to tell the character of an individual is to give them power.” – Abraham Lincoln
- “People never plan to fail; they fail to plan.” – John Beckley
- “Before worrying about how to change, executive teams need to figure out what to change.” - Anand and Jean-Louis Barsoux, Harvard Business Review
He’s an avid sports fan (especially the Washington football team) who also enjoys watching crime shows on TV with his daughter. A road trip with his wife, daughter, and friends to the beaches in Ocean City, Maryland, is his favorite getaway.
Work that makes a difference overflows into Gary’s personal life, where he supports the SPCA, various animal projects, as well as charities that benefit children.
