Wayne, PA – A group from Medical Solutions Supplier participated in the 17th Annual Main Line Run on Sunday, September 14, 2014. This marked the third consecutive year of MSS’ participation, and the 2014 team had more members than ever. The Main Line Run is sponsored by The Main Line Chamber Foundation, and all proceeds go to award scholarships to volunteer firefighters and EMTs. “It’s really a run for Hometown Heroes,” remarked Eric Ansart, Government Sector Sales Team Leader. “Many people don’t realize that in our local area, these emergency responders are volunteers who receive no payment for putting their lives on the line for their neighbors. The Foundation and the Main Line Run have established a great way to give back to these selfless volunteers, and give them the recognition they so richly deserve.”
Ansart has run in this event each of the past three years, though 2014 saw the addition of a walk component so that those who wanted to support the cause, but weren’t comfortable running a 5K could participate. “It was a great way to spend a beautiful Sunday morning, and another opportunity to give back to the community.”
